About the simulation, the reflective electron is included according to
Hilleret's data.
And the cloud density  is plot at the moment  before each bunch enter the
cloud, which means  the cloud density is low( cloud drift at least one bunch
spacing). Comparing with your plot, it should be the points where the 
density has the smallest value during each bunch passage.
